Over the years one of our major His Branches outreach initiatives, The Arnett Block Association, has helped organize an annual public music series at the Arnett Branch Library right down the street from our main office on Arnett Boulevard. This year’s series was particularly successful with several community groups from the Eastman School of Music performing during the winter. The final performance of the year helped us welcome spring on Saturday, April 13, when Rochester’s Women of Note, some of the best singers in our region, came and celebrated the theme of “Rochester Weather” with a wonderful program.

Music lovers of all ages were delighted by the standing-room only performance, followed by refreshments and a chance to meet the musicians.

Saturday noon’s session of the 2018 Arnett Library Music Series saw a great turnout of enthusiastic neighbors participating in a gospel song fest put on by the New Life Fellowship Gospel Choir, and everyone got into it!
