The Arnett Block Association garden committee won an award at the City of Rochester’s annual volunteer appreciation event held at the Strong Museum yesterday evening. Volunteers and friends of the garden were in cheerful attendance to celebrate with us, tour the Museum, and catch up with other gifted gardeners and dedicated volunteers from all over the city. It was an encouraging event for all with special kudos for our wonderful neighbors. Let’s give them all a hand – or better still, lend a hand in the garden to help out with what they’re doing in our community.
