to be out in the neighborhood with friends and neighbors from all around getting the Arnett Bee & Butterfly Garden on the corner of Wellington Avenue and Arnett Boulevard in Rochester’s 19th Ward up and ready for spring! With the sun shining, a fresh load of topsoil delivered and ready to freshen up the beds, this year’s crop of spring perennials already blooming, and neighbors old and young to help, what’s missing?
