Neighbors Celebrating!

Greetings! This is just a brief letter to extend our thanks to God and to all of the workers who helped to make Saturday’s Neighborhood Celebration an incredible success! We had dynamic live hip hop music artists, delicious food for over 200 people, an exciting Children’s program with Bible stories, treats, prizes, Bangles the Clown, face painting…oh yes, and a beautiful day without rain!  Most importantly, we had the preaching of the Good News of Jesus Christ, which led to salvation for 7 adults and 25 children.  Praise be to God! The festival of Passover or Pesach, will begin on Friday as Jewish communities worldwide commemorate the liberation of the Israelites from slavery, in one of the important festivities in the Jewish calendar. A New Generation of Success An upcoming youth conference is being put on by students in the Healthcare, Technology and Youth Apprenticeship Program at University of Rochester called “A New Generation of Success”.
